We’re a team of 10 specialists — and we intend to stay small enough that every person has direct impact on every project. There are no layers of management between the work and the people doing it. WordPress & Shopify Developer

We need a developer with genuine hands-on experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development and Shopify theme development. You should be comfortable working in PHP, JavaScript/ES6+, and Liquid. WooCommerce experience is strongly preferred. You’ll be working directly on client projects for UK and Saudi businesses — so clean code, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate progress clearly are essential.

Requirements:

  • Requires over 2 years of custom WordPress theme and plugin development.

We’re looking for an SEO professional who goes beyond keyword stuffing and link directories. You should understand technical SEO deeply, have experience with content strategy, and ideally have worked on UK or Middle East market campaigns. You’ll be managing SEO for multiple clients simultaneously and reporting results in clear, jargon-free English.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of SEO experience in an agency or in-house environment
  • Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO: crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals
  • Experience with local SEO strategy
  • Content strategy and on-page optimisation skills
  • Experience with UK market SEO preferred; Arabic/KSA SEO is a significant bonus

We need a creative, commercially aware social media manager who understands that the goal of social media is business results, not engagement metrics. You’ll manage multiple client accounts across UK and Saudi markets, create content, run paid campaigns, and report performance clearly. Experience with Meta Ads and Snapchat Ads is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years managing social media for businesses (agency preferred)
  • Experience running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
  • Snapchat Ads experience is a significant advantage for Saudi market work
  • Strong content writing ability — clear, commercial, audience-aware copy
  • Proficiency with scheduling and management tools (Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Analytics literacy — able to read data, draw conclusions, and present clearly

You’ll work on brand identities, website UI designs in Figma, social media design systems, and marketing collateral — for clients in the UK and Saudi Arabia. Your portfolio should demonstrate work that is both visually strong and commercially purposeful.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, UI design, and marketing design
  • Proficiency in Figma (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience designing for international clients or markets preferred
  • Arabic typography experience is a significant advantage
  • Understanding of web design conventions and ability to produce developer-ready Figma files

We need a skilled video editor who can take raw footage or footage briefs and produce professional, polished content for brand films, social media, and product videos. Experience with motion graphics is a strong advantage.

Requirements:
